These terms and conditions set out the rules and regulations for the use of the Trinta-por-uma-linha.com.pty Website

1. The goods or services identified on this website and online store are sold by:

2. The goods or services are books in paper format (with the characteristics described and indicated in each article), e-book (to be had) and Online Courses (to be had)

3. The prices of the goods or services are total, i.e. they include VAT, shipping and/or transport costs.

4. In the event that there is any good or subscription service, the price will include the frequency and duration, as well as (the calculation of) other charges, monthly or fixed.

5. The payment methods are: Bank transfer (indicated as offline), Credit Card and ATM.

Delivery will always be made by CTT or CTT Express (unless otherwise previously agreed).

The good or service will be delivered within a maximum period of 14 working days, starting the period of legitimate complaint and/or return from the day of delivery of the product.

Complaints made will be handled by the managing partners of Trinta-por-uma-linha.

6. The customer has the right to freely terminate the contract, within the legal period of 14 days after receipt of the good or service (guarantee period of conformity of the goods).

c) The consumer has the possibility to access the following out-of-court complaint and appeal mechanism: Consumer Information and Arbitration Centre of Porto (CICAP).

7. In the event of termination of the contract and return of the goods or services received, it is the responsibility of the customer/consumer.

8. In the case of provision of services or subscription, the consumer is obliged to pay Trinta-por-uma-linha the amount proportional to the service already provided, whenever the consumer exercises the right of free withdrawal after having submitted the request.

9. There are and cannot be claimed costs for the use of the distance communication technique.

10. Trinta-por-uma-linha, in its online (and offline) sales, is governed by criteria of customer service, seriousness and honesty!
