Author: Catarina Gomes was born in Porto in 1983. She graduated in Communication Design from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto and in 2013 completed a Master’s degree in Illustration and Animation at the Polytechnic Institute of Cávado and Ave. In 2014 she won the 3rd edition of the “Art Book Wanted International Award” organized by Edition Lidu with “Livro (de atividades) para massajar a imaginação”, also awarded in the category of best ‘Interactive Book’. She is currently a freelance communication designer and illustrator.
