Orders and shipments

The delivery time of your order depends on the shipping method selected and your location. Deliveries in Portugal usually take between 3 and 5 working days.

To create an account, click on “My Account” in the top right-hand corner of our website and follow the instructions provided.

If you need to change your delivery address, log in to your account, go to the “Addresses” section and edit the information as necessary.

To track the status of your order, log in to your account, go to “My Orders” and select the order you want to track.

We take your privacy seriously and do not store your credit card information after the transaction has been completed.

We apply 6% VAT to purchases made, in accordance with current legislation. Except for training courses, which are exempt from VAT.

We currently ship to Portugal and other European Union countries. To check if we ship to your country, see our shipping information page.

Whenever possible, we consolidate the items in your order into a single package to minimize shipping costs and reduce environmental impact.

Returns and exchanges

Our returns policy allows customers to return products within 30 days of receipt, as long as the items are in their original condition and unused. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. If you have received an item other than the one you ordered, please contact our customer service so that we can correct the error as soon as possible.

We apologize for any damage incurred during transport. If your order has arrived damaged, please contact our customer service immediately so that we can resolve the situation.

Once the return has been authorized, we will provide you with the specific address to send the item to. Please do not send returns without prior authorization.

You can contact our customer service via our website, by telephone or by e-mail. We are available to help with any questions or concerns you may have.

If you realize that you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to correct the address before the order is shipped. However, if the order has already been sent, we may not be able to change the address.

Changes to or cancellations of orders are possible before dispatch. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been sent, we cannot make any changes or cancellations.

We currently do not offer the option of pre-ordering out-of-stock items. We recommend that you check our website regularly for updates on product availability.
